The association has set itself the goal of offering professional artists and musicians cost-effective studio and rehearsal space.
The event room in the basement offers on approx. 200 m² everything an off-location can offer. Nevertheless, all other facilities have been revised and are far above the standard of a “usual off-location”.
A counter concreted by the artists themselves, existing light setup, new toilet facilities and much more.
